Great daily bag but could be better

I’ve been using it for awhile now and the size of the bag is perfect for my work commute. It has kept my laptop dry on rainy days, and I like that there’s many pockets for my bits and bobs. Although the padding on the straps are super comfy, the one thing that I’m finding quite annoying is that I have to tighten them quite often because they keep coming loose as I walk. Another thing is that if you put things like a jacket into the bag, the bag will look noticeably bulky /distorted especially if you don’t have time to fold it flat and just needing to shove it in the bag, not a huge deal but just something to note.
