Safety Hazard - Too slippery

This looks great, but it is a safety hazard. I've had it out for one day, and multiple people have slipped on it already (the bottom of the rug doesn't move, but the rug is pure plastic and super slippery) I'm going to have to return it, which is really disappointing, because I really like the way it looks.
