Poor Quality
Kevin M — 1 out of 5 stars
Bought several pairs and a thread started coming out after the first wash. Sent photos and the receipts. Their product team called it a snag from wear and tear, not faulty workmanship, because I didn’t catch it before washing. First they offered 25% off a replacement. Then they refused a refund or replacement. They market a 2-year guarantee against faulty workmanship. In practice it didn’t cover a new pair that started coming apart after one wash. For the price, that’s not much of a guarantee. I won’t be buying these again.
