Unacceptable Quality Control for the Price

The color is great. It is more of a dark grey with a shade of blue that subtly changes depending on the lighting. However, the coat arrived with many loose threads, and after just one wear, my wife noticed an unsewn seam on the outer sleeve lining. For a coat at this price point, this is unacceptable quality control.
