Two pairs of identical jeans, Two different sizes!

I purchased two identical pairs of these jeans, several weeks apart. The first pair, size 28 511 Slim Jeans in Faded Black fit perfectly, and after several wears they had retained their shape and fit, so I decided to buy another pair. However, these new pair (same exact sized 511 Slim in the same faded black colour), are at least 2 sizes larger, and after two wears have stretched badly and are now quite baggy and require a belt to just keep them on. However, there is no shape or style left to them, and I do not understand how there can be such inconsistently between the same pair of jeans, and there is obviously no quality control at the factory. I want to return this last pair as they no longer fit properly at all, but I can't due to having worn them twice. Incredibly disappointing for such expensive jeans.
