Great cut and colour but stretches a size

Great cut and colour 10/10 my only issue is that after 1 wash the elastane stretched out and now they're too big whereas when I bought them they were perfect. I bought a size 32 I have 33 inch waist it was perfect now its loosish and bagging a bit around hips so I bought a size 30 which felt a bit tight tbh when I bought it but sure enough one wear one wash it now fits perfectly - usually I take a size 32 in just about everything so this is pretty surprising
