Great features but just one little gripe

I would have given this pan 5 stars except that the knob on the glass lid and the small handle heats up too much . So i need to use a glove when using the pan . I bought this specifically for cooking one pan dinners such as shepherd's pie and pastas and needed the deepest size pan I could get with that extra handle for support. The bonus is you don't need oils and its so easy to clean. its also fairly light. Its taken me a short adjustment time as my cast iron hotplates are different to use with it than gas or induction. All in all it is a great pan.

I have never bought a good quality pan due to the cost. How stupid am I!! I didn't realise how incredible cooking with a decent pan was. Why did it take me so long!!
