Disappointed
Evenmada โ 1 out of 5 stars
Missing part from a big department store and no offer of a replacement is such a huge disappointment
Great figure, but poorly represented character.

A remold of the Legacy series Voyager-class figure Trashmaster, Animated Wreck-Gar comes as a disappointment to most, offering nothing new to the consumer. Despite being nothing more than the same figure from the last wave with a slight recolour and a new head mould, AotP Animated Wreck-Gar is still fun to play around with, and is likely to replace Trashmaster in any build that people made with the combined Junkion robots. However, he has lost the magic that made Wreck-Gar special from the 2007 Animated show, containing none of his gimmicks from the original show, and now requiring you purchase other transformers just to enjoy the transformation gimmick. Being able to separate him down to a list of parts ranging in size also means that this figure is not for children, given that parts of him will most certainly be lost once he is fiddled with for longer than 5 minutes. He still contains all the wonderful posing features implemented in every figure made in the last 10 years (waist swivel, wrist swivel, head tilt, ankle tilt) and is a blast to combine with the other Legacy and AotP Junkion robots. It is hard to review this figure as a standalone product, so one would recommend you only purchase this if you intend to purchase another figure (the same goes with Kingdom's fossilizers)
