Pillow cooling is great but too high and firm for me.  Try and test somehow in-store.

I’ve had neck pain for weeks now and have been waking up with a headache every single day. I’ve only had this pillow for two days and it has already stopped. It’s the PERFECT side sleeping pillow, but oddly, as one or two others have mentioned, although it looks low in person it’s a bit too high for me personally to sleep on my back. But I’m willing to survive if I’m not waking up having to take ibuprofen every morning!
