For health reasons, I stopped using black non-stick pans and found this one, it is good quality and looks nice, but I didn't expect it to be too heavy for me. Also, I need to use more oil to stir-fry food, otherwise it will stick. Maybe I haven't mastered the technique of using this wok yet; I need to practice and explore more.
