The pan comes with good instructions, a recipe and a bottle for placing the mixture. It all worked as advertised, although it takes a little practice to know when to turn the pancakes. The non-stick works well, which makes the pan easy to clean. The cast iron also distributes the heat evenly, so all the pancakes are ready together. I increased the size of the nozzle on the bottle to help with pouring the mixture. The alternative would be to add milk to the mixture so it's runnier.
