Clever and effective design and stores easily

This clever holder works well, looks good, and appears well-made. The page holders don't cover too much of the recipe, and best of all, it stores away neatly like a book. My old model was great but awkward to store, so it ended up kept out of the way and mostly forgotten—this one lives right on the shelf with my cookbooks. The adjustable tilt angle is useful too. The only thing missing is a clear cover if you are fussy about avoiding splashes, but a sheet of acetate could easily be added if that's a concern. Super happy with this cookbook holder.
