This is a great cooking tool. I’ve baked 2 double cake recipes in it and for the first time ever the cooking instruction times were spot on, super easy to clean and lightweight for me to handle as I’ve had multiple brakes in both my hands and left arm. I really love how great these Nook pans are and the confidence that whatever I feed my precious family prepared in this cookware will be perfectly safe. I’m a convert.

Loved this roaster, I have roasted vegetables and then tossed through pesto and was so easy to clean. I was also able to make a lovely deep lasagne… the clean up was sensational… basically a wipe.
