I am very pleased with my Baccarat roast and grilling pan. It cooks everything evenly as well as keeping food moist. Although expensive, I’m glad I bought it and look forward to many years of good cooking. It’s also great for cooking one pan dishes. Added bonus is the lid stops spatters in my new oven. Wish I’d bought one before. Enclosed is a photo of a chicken dish which the family loved. The chicken breast was moist and tender and the sauce didn’t evaporate thanks to the lid. Oops. Can’t upload photo???
