Using a stainless steel wok for the first time, as long as you heat the wok and oil properly, it won't stick. It's healthier than coated woks and can last for many years. It isn't heavy—perfectly comfortable for women to handle, offering excellent control, and its depth suits me well.

this is a most excellent combination of wok, casserole, frypan. I had concerns that the handle would get hot with the use of high heat but it absolutely doesn't. It never heats up! Also, the handle is extremely comfortable as it has some sort of soft area underneath it and is the perfect grip size making it very easy to toss. I thought it might be too heavy to toss but it isn't. It is also an excellent size for making small to large amounts. I thoroughly recommend this product, and I am very fussy!
