Expensive paperweight — 1 out of 5 stars

I bought this product for Christmas, in June it stopped working, completely frozen. I contacted support and apart from an automated receipt email have heard nothing back. So no product, no support, just an inert lump of (expensive) plastic

Solid Sony Spea

I wanted a solid speaker to listen to my Bravia telly. I’m a bit deaf, so the speaker is on my side of the room so my wife doesn’t cop too much volume. The ULT 7 is great for this job. Very solid. One thing I would change is I would set it so the bass can go 1 peg lower. It’s got more bass than I need. Other than that, I just love it. It’s what I expect from Sony.
