Quality seems low, intermittence breakage on connection and sound. Sound quality normal compared to my previous earbuds. Charging seems like taking ages, not sure why. I bought 2 sets, 1 for my son and 1 for my wife. They really annoyed by them and now I m using 1, I shared the same annoying feelings as them. I always believe Sony as a reputable and quality company but this product really temples my believe and trust.

Recently purchased my Sony Headphones for use in the gym. I was a bit skeptical on Gym headphones as they often tend to have problems and fail. I previously had some Beats Solo 4 which failed on one side in a short period of time. I can confidently say that these WF-C710N headphones from Sony are quite possible the best headphones I have ever had. They are perfect for the Gym, cancel out all noise and don't fall out of my ear. Absolutely briliant

It does have a background sound which never goes away even when the noise cancelling is off. Some features as play/pause touch button doesn't work even when it's set up for it In general it's ok but I was expecting better product from a Sony brand.
