Works very well. Do not put on over facecream and put on directly before bed as if you move your mouth too much it could come off. Patches are a little smaller than advertised but still enough to cover important areas

It is great if you have a large patch of pimples or if your face is covered with pimples. Not great for the odd 1/2 pimples as it was way too big and cutting it seemed a little annoying. Overall would definitely purchase in future.
