Fits well in shoe, provides alot of comfort and stability. Made my shoes easy to wear and absorbed my weight, they didn't feel uncomfortable. They are transparent so they can be hidden in different styles of shoes. and they are very durable, they are able to be switched out of different shoes and washed if needed.
