Amazed at how much fur, hair and sand was removed even vacuumed before using the cleaner

Doesn't Suck (literally)
ReeB — 1 out of 5 stars
The only way to get any suction of product from the machine is to use the stain striker hose attachment. Using it as a regular carpet cleaner just doesn't do the job. Leaves the carpet damps and still dirty as it hasn't sucked up any liquid containing dirt. This just makes the carpets have seated in stains. Worst purchase ever. Should have stuck to bissell
Works well, priced well.

Have only used the carpet cleaner once. I found it very easy to use, worked a treat on the carpet i did. Carpet was quite stained and the cleaner got the stains out and carpet looked brand new. Only fault was probably the small size of the water tanks. Really wish it was easier to purchase the recommended carpet cleaning products to go with it. Had to order more from Shark online & it took a while for them to arrive. I recommend this product, so far so good.
