As an already committed fan of Santa Maria Novella's Melograno eau de Cologne, i initially purchased the fluid lotion with the intention of layering for an extra scent boost. It was a lovely surprise to find that the fluid lotion is fragrant enough to wear as a stand alone for a gentle cloud of scent with the same signature Melograno soapy cleanliness. A wonderful option for times when the full force of a cologne is not necessary.
