Blake — 5 out of 5 stars
Easy to set up. Dryer works well and has plenty of drying modes. Cheap on electricity being a heat pump dryer. AI mode is good at selecting the appropriate time and readjusts as the cycle progresses. Some cycles can take a few hours but it appears gentle in clothes due to it being a heat pump dryer

If it works, it works really well. But once it is out of warranty, it starts falling apart. Sad that Samsung only gives 10 year warranty if this item is purchased after 2023.
Moochie — 5 out of 5 stars
Had the dryer for about a month now and can definitely tell the difference in performance. Low noise, no moisture in the air and barely uses electricity
