Overall, I’m very pleased with the Samsung 65-inch The Frame Pro. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and significantly more straightforward than previous Samsung models, which was a welcome improvement. The screen quality is excellent, with impressive detail, clarity, and overall picture quality. However, my biggest frustration is the lack of intuitive picture and sound optimization options for different types of content. On competing televisions, such as LG models, it’s easy to select predefined settings optimized for sports, gaming, movies, or music. These presets make it simple to get the best viewing and listening experience without manually adjusting individual settings. With the Samsung Frame Pro, I find myself having to manipulate brightness, contrast, colour, and other picture settings to achieve the desired result. This feels unnecessarily complicated for a premium television. Bottom line: The Frame Pro is an excellent television with beautiful picture quality and a much-improved setup experience. However, Samsung could significantly improve the user experience by making picture and sound optimization more intuitive, with easily accessible presets tailored to different viewing activities.
