I bought this a month ago because it was on sale. I already had a single basket air fryer from Philips but wanted something more powerful and I liked the idea of the second basket. First use was a learning curve! I found the online instructions (no manual in the box) to be lacking and the buttons (of which there’s more than 10!) take some learning; I ended up using AI to help me get it working. The presets are okay, but I only really use them for their shake reminder. Else I manually adjust the temperature during cooking. I find the all digital touch display confusing. There’s little visual feedback to indicate which basket is selected, and when it’s running/not running, because as a positive, it is quiet! Yes you can tell when the bigger, more powerful basket turns on, has a sound like a jet engine starting, but running it is quiet. The alerts get your attention without being obtrusive. I can cook McCain’s straight cut chips from frozen in the bigger basket in 20 minutes, and chicken nuggets in the smaller basket in the same time. One feature I love is the sync to finish button. It will automatically turn on the other basket so both finish at the same time! And if you pull out one basket to shake, the other one pauses! Absolutely brilliant! When it comes to cleaning just know that the inserts get very hot. So too does the basket, but particularly the side with the handle for a reason I don’t know. Just be careful when washing up. The non stick coating is okay, but it’s not amazing. Probably rinse it instead if you’re only cooking chips.
