Purchased this product in August 2024, was happy at the start, however recently it isn't working properly. It just locks the flosser each time I'm trying to use it. And surprisingly 2 years warranty barely expires. Not happy with the product.

I saw on the included text material that there is a periodontal nozzle, so I was excited, but the one you get is not so focused. The first time using it I thought I had my head over the sink, but my vanity and mirror got covered in splashback. Unfortunately, the switches are right in the places where you naturally put your fingers when you pick up the device, so sometimes you can set it off spraying everywhere. Will use it occasionally and maybe see about the other nozzles.

This is my first water flosser and Iām pretty happy with it. One charge goes a long way, perfect for travelling. The bag it comes with is also handy for travelling. The different settings allow for different levels of cleaning intensity. I feel my oral hygiene has improved with Thai addition to my teeth belong regime, would highly recommend
