Purchased this product in August 2024, was happy at the start, however recently it isn't working properly. It just locks the flosser each time I'm trying to use it. And surprisingly 2 years warranty barely expires. Not happy with the product.

This is my first water flosser and I’m pretty happy with it. One charge goes a long way, perfect for travelling. The bag it comes with is also handy for travelling. The different settings allow for different levels of cleaning intensity. I feel my oral hygiene has improved with Thai addition to my teeth belong regime, would highly recommend
