I purchased this to carry a couple of cards, some notes & a small amount of loose change when using a more petite handbag. It does the trick & the gold color makes it easy to find when the handbag has a black lining. The card holder is on the outside but the cards hold securely & the zip opening runs around the side a little so you can more easily get your hand in and out.
