I really enjoy the foot massager and regularly use the neck and shoulder massage setting after a long day. The lower back rollers are too intense for me, so I place a thin pillow between my back and the chair and then it's much better. My husband enjoys the deep lower back massager. The Deep Sleep mode is very relaxing and a great wind down before bed. It's a great chair for the price.
