Broke after 4 months - not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed, it has broken after only a few months. The speed lever will not stay on O position - it springs back to other speeds and cannot be turned off unless I switch it off at the power outlet. I contacted kitchenaid and they’ve arranged a warranty repair at a location 20km from my home. They did not arrange pick up and said they do not do this for distances under 30km. I thought I was buying a premium product and expected premium service, but have been left disappointed. I’ve had much cheaper mixers that never had any issues, like the Breville.
