Fantastic bread bowl with baking lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to make sourdough bread, and simplify an otherwise really complicated process. Works very well and only one item to wash up afterwards as all the stages are done in the bowl. No need for a dutch oven or baneton basket. Bread delicious and perfectly cooked in the bowl

This is an easier way to bake bread

You might think this is a lot to pay for a bowl with a lid but it really is worth it. It cuts down a lot of mess by mixing, proofing and baking in one bowl but do remember the second proof still needs to be in a basket or other bowl as you need to wash this and then steadily bring it up to baking temperature in the over before adding the dough back in. Being in the UK I baked the dough for 25 mins at 225c then took the bowl/lid off for another 20 mins at 180c. Next time I’ll leave the bowl/lid on for 30mins and bake without for 15. Do make sure you thoroughly wash the bowl etc before baking stage to avoid baked on flour/dough. I’ve also used the bowl to make pizza dough and it’s great for that too.

MAde first loaf using the bread bowl, usual recipe - opps I need to adjust as the bread rose well and was too much for the bowl. It stuck to the sides and the base. Found suitable recipes on Kitchenaid site. Would be good to advise on the documents recieved size of loaf seems 335gmrs is ideal not 500grms.
