Comfortable work pants, but sizing varies by color

I normally wear a size 40, and in the colours Portobello and Black size 38 fits well and use the same material, so size down in those too. The Chocolate version is a different fabric, and I needed my true size 40 there, so don't assume one size works across all colours. The knit has a lot of stretch and stays comfortable all day. They sit somewhere between a jean and a chino, which makes them good for business casual, and I wear them to work. My main complaint is the price. They're expensive at full retail, so wait for a sale. I haven't washed them yet, so I can't comment on how the fabric holds up.
