I have had this pan for a few months now and it has become my go to option. It's quite scary at first because you begin cooking at such a high temperature. You have to treat it with respect and use a high smoke point oil, I use a good quality cold press rapeseed,but if you follow instructions it is totaly non stick. We eat a lot of fish and even delicate hake comes out perfect. Very impressed.

Due to illness, others have cooked with this pan more than I have myself, but they've been pleased that it seems non-stick without much effort. It's a nice substantial weight without being too heavy for me to lift. I like the rivetted handle as my last pan died round the handle joint. Also it's good to be able to put the whole thing in the oven

Really happy with this frypan. It heats up quickly and evenly, and is great for searing and everyday cooking. The stainless steel feels solid and durable, and the 28cm size is perfect for cooking larger meals. It works very well on induction and is easy to clean when used properly. Excellent quality and definitely worth the price.
