Nice, but doesn't keep drinks cold for 24 hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the color and style of the 21 oz Standard Mouth, but the claim that it keeps water cold for at least 24 hours just isn't true. At best it holds temperature for 8–12 hours, which isn't worth the price. I've owned cheaper brands that actually kept my water cold for a full 24 hours. When I raised the issue, they had me run a test to check whether the bottle was defective. It passed the test, but it still doesn't keep drinks cold the way it's advertised to.
