really love Jo Malone perfumes! The scent is beautiful, elegant, and not overpowering or harsh on the nose. What I love most is how the fragrance lingers for a long time without being too strong. It leaves a lovely, subtle scent that stays with you throughout the day. Definitely one of my favourite perfumes and something I would happily recommend! ❤️

I have had the perfume in the past and love it. But on this occasion I didn’t receive the perfume which I’d ordered for a birthday gift. Ordered 7 July and hadn’t arrived by 20th (way too late for the birthday. I spent hours trying to contact someone. I finally chatted to a real person and for 3 days was told to wait another day. Finally they said they’d chase it with Australia Post and 3 days after that was told they had “encountered a transit issue” (it got lost!) I was given a refund. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and difficulty in speaking to someone. Myer is usually very quick but I will now think twice about ordering from them. To be asked to review the item is the last straw!
