Incorrectly described

The product they sent me had a different controller from what is pictured. It has a push button on/off switch rather than the much safer off/on/off slide switch they show in the picture. When I returned it they didn't refund the postage even though they were the ones at fault by incorrectly describing the item. I contacted customer service, who said they would refund the postage, but they haven't. Myers = Liars

This blanket is awesome, it’s super soft and so warm. I heats up quick and it’s perfect for those cold day and nights. The only thing is that 85% of the blanket heats up and I think that may have a reason for it as I purchased another one which did the same thing. The controls are easy to use with heat settings from 1-9 and a long timer the can also be controlled.
