It is sturdy, heavy. I almost don’t need oil to cook in this pan. Already purchased one more in a different size. It goes without the lid. So make sure to check out accessories section. Love it!

My new go-to pan!

This pan is AMAZING! I was a bit concerned at first-as immediately upon receiving it, I noticed how heavy the pan itself was-but that really is the only downside to it. It quickly became my go-to pan for just about anything; pan-frying, sautéing, stir-frying, etc. the diameter is big enough so that I can comfortably fit most of what I'm cooking in one go. It's also deep enough that it contains most, if not all of any oil splatters. The nonstick component works like a charm, which makes cleanup a breeze.

I've only used this a few times, but so far it's a great piece of kitchen equipment. I love the little extras like the safety handle and the wider edge at the top. It's perfect size for cooking for a few people -- it's got good depth, but it doesn't make it too heavy. I also LOVE that it's dishwasher safe! The nonstick seems to work well for the couple of times I've used it so far.
