MY FAVORITE PAN!

They say that non-stick is so easy and convenient but that cast iron is the way to go. I don't know who "they" are but THEY are right on the money. You think of non-stick as easy to clean but they don't really do a good job of crisping things like potatoes or chicken cutlets. Then there's cast iron which does an incredible job at that, but cleaning it is a pain and you have to re-season it frequently. Well, here's the solution. The perfectly engineered best of both worlds. This Fissler Adamant Comfort Non-Stick Fry Pan, 9.5" is what you've been looking for. I swear by it now. It solved a problem I never knew existed. Yes, I have both non-stick and a cast iron fry pan. This is better than both of them. It heats evenly, gives a nice cook to your food but it also cleans up so nicely. I promise you that you'll love this pan as much as I did. Try it for yourself!!! See what you've been missing!!! Now I want a whole set.

Nice nonstick pan

This nonstick pan was pretty nice. My only complaint was the surface area is a bit small when making things like French toast, grilled cheese or pancakes for the whole family. I was impressed at how well it made eggs and they didn't stick, hashbrowns that were crispy the way our family likes, And it browns sausage and taco meat very well. It was very easy to clean up- a good wipe down with dish soap and water and rinse. I had seen other reviews stating the coating came off but so far we haven't had that problem. I think it's important to remember what type of utensils to use to prevent scratches from happening.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this pan! I have been using All Clad and Anolon Advanced pans exclusively for years so I wasn't expecting to like this pan as much as I do. It is sturdy and thick which feels nice and substantial when cooking wirh and shaking. The nonstick coating worked perfectly. Nothing stuck to it. I cooked scrambled eggs in it wirh no problem at all. And the handle is comfortable to hold including that little finger rest area. I have nothing negative to report on so far. Great item!!
