Emile and Henry 32 cm Charcoal Tagine is a pleasure to use. I have cooked four lamb shanks and still enough space for all the vegetable. It retains heat nicely up to 2 hours. Even though according to onliine users review stated ceramic tagine is able to sustain "thermal shock", i.e sudden or quick heat up process, I still advise gradual heat up process as tagine cooking is about letting the protein and vegetable cook slowly.

If youβve never owned a tagine then you should immediately go out and buy this one. Itβs easy to season, is well made, looks great and makes absolutely delicious meals.
