Hard to beat for quality and ease of cooking. Provides even heat when baking and can be used at a higher temperature without issues. Useful for so many things other yah just flans/tarts and presents beautifully on the table. Hand wash or dishwasher proof and always comes up sparkling. Love the Emil Henry range.
