When I unpacked the heater, there was slight damage to the fins at the bottom of the heater, where carton damage was. Heater was tested seems OK, but next winter will prove the real test 🙂 Thanks though it is a good product, hence taking a chance at a good price

Worked fine and was effective but began leaking within 2 years of minimal use. Alleged warranty required me to take it for assessment and repair myself and the closest repairer was over half an hour away- challenging to attend with a newborn baby. Ended up buying a different unit as was disappointed in the warranty process and longevity of the repaired unit and needed a heater.

Love my heater, set the time about an hour before I get up. Waking to a toasty warm bedroom and bathroom makes it so much easier to get out of bed.
