Very happy with my refurbished Dell laptop. No scratches on the case and the keyboard letters are clear to read. The battery lasts for quite a few hours. The laptop loads and shuts down quickly and responds to pages instantly. The screen is bright and clear. It runs silently and doesn't overheat, which I hear can be a problem sometimes. My only problem is working out how to change the keyboard so that the @ and " are changed to their correct positions. They are switched for some reason.
