Sometimes its hard to position myself comfortably and takes some readjusting, especially around the shoulder rests. However compared to the discomfort i was having with sleep before this is great and really supports my neck and upper back

Good quality memory foam pillow but being petite the size and height of it is too high for my neck and head. Instead I use it as a back support when Iām sitting in bed reading. It has a cover you can remove and wash.
