Terrible service
Jammu — 1 out of 5 stars
Item arrived faulty. Replacement request submitted. Minimal follow up action from Myer representatives. Almost a month later and I’m still waiting. This has been hand balled to the supplier who is not responding. Myer taking no Action till they respond
Horrible design

I couldn’t even use this product because the bolts and screws just spin and spin and spin. There is no way to put this junky pull up bar together. I tried for over an hour just to put the two first screws in. One went in fine, the other never fully went in. I even tried multiple different nuts and bolts. Piece of poop. Chris Hemsworth should be ashamed. I’m returning this junk tomorrow to Academy.
