Would not recommend blanket.

Only had for 10 months (but only used for a couple of months). One controller made a loud zapping noise and stopped working. Swapped controllers over, but still doesn't work. Two nights after swapping to the other controller this stopped working as well, so thinking more a blanket issue rather than a controller issue. Very disappointed considering the price and just coming into a very cold Tasmanian winter with no electric blanket now. Have started a case, but have heard nothing yet. Very unhappy with this blanket.

Remote Quality is Pathetic

I have barely had this blanket for a year and the remote has stopped working. There is no way to get a spare blanket. It’s my second consecutive breville blanket where this has happened

One remote has broken after just one year of ownership

One of the remotes has stopped working, which means we can't turn on one half of the blanket. We have only owned it for one year and can't believe it's failed already. Separately to the failure, we like that there are two zones for your feet and torso, however the 6 heat levels are not great and there needs to be more nuance. Our previous Sunbeam model had 9 settings and it was much easier to settle on a good temperature. With this blanket, anything above level 2 is too hot on your torso.
