Best Jaffle Iron I have used

This is by far the best jaffle iron I have used. It feels extremely well made and has a solid, heavy-duty quality that gives you confidence it will last for years. My favourite feature is definitely the removable plates. They make cleaning incredibly easy, especially compared with jaffle makers where food and cheese can get stuck around fixed plates. Being able to remove and properly wash them means the appliance stays looking clean and in pristine condition. It heats well, feels sturdy and is clearly a quality appliance. The 3-in-1 functionality is also a great bonus and makes it much more versatile than a standard sandwich press. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality jaffle maker that is easy to maintain. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Best jaffle maker I've owned. Some foibles: 1) it goes from pre-heating straight to counting down cooktime 2) the control knob isn't shaped or sealed to prevent ingress of spilled batter so that is probably going to be what kills it. Predicting it wont last the 20 years my $14 kmart one lasted

Recently bought this. Breville generally has a great name in this range. Was so looking forward to using it, but in first two goes the appliance wouldn't open and release toastie. First time took several tries, but always ready to give @ second go: could not get it open. Taking it back! BTW: first toastie was ok in the end. Second didn’t get to taste.
