This bed arrived and some of the parts were damaged. Some of the parts had been patched with wood putty (structurally important parts). Asked for a refund but instead another bed is being sent and hopefully we can match the un-impacted parts to make a bed. We are still waiting on the second bed over a month after initial order. The supplier is a sub-contractor of Myer and so all the normal customer service standards that used to be my impression of myer didn't eventuate. Pretty disappointed currently. Hope the bed is okay if/when we finally make it...
