Condition not as advertised

Bought an "As New" 256GB iPhone 15 Pro. To quote the listing on expected condition: "As New: The product is in absolutely pristine condition". Reality: Marks/scratches around the sides of the frame/buttons. And as evidenced from the repair history in iOS, the screen was replaced with a genuine but used screen from another iPhone about a month prior. There are scratches right next to the screen glass that would definitely have been on the glass too if it had not been replaced. Battery at 85% health. That feels like somewhere around very good condition, so not "absolutely pristine". Could return it, but screen is fine, the cameras have no damage and the process would take weeks. But FYI - prob not worth overpaying :)
