Beautiful little grinding mill. Have blitzed dried orange peel so far & find itโs perfect for dried food, creating a fine powder as expected. Also love that itโs a glass mill which comes apart for easy cleaning. Canโt do medium dense food easily though as itโs hard to see the consistency. As the mills blade is upside down when blending, I tried making a dip & to add more liquid was a bit messy as the mix was all over the blade area. May take a few attempts to get it right. Otherwise itโs a great little addition to the main blender.
