Making Biltong.

Good value for money. Purchased to make biltong. Does the job. Only issue is the lid is slightly warped so does not sit on tightly. Read ither reviews and this appears to be a common issue. If you invert the lid it solves the issue so not a deal breaker. Saving big dollars making my own biltong at home.
